Marcus was an excellent driver and also a great “shepherd” to us all. Most people were 60 / over 70 / over 80 & there were many walking aids which had to be stashed each time we stopped. He was patience, good humour and cheerful-ness personified. He never seemed to be in a hurry or hassling us to hurry up which was very calming & relaxing. He was also an accurate & courteous driver.
The driver, Andy and the escort, Elena, were brilliant. They certainly added to our enjoyment of the holiday. Thanks.
I had a very good break, no issues with anything. I look forward to another holiday with Lucketts. Alan, the Coach Driver, was second to none. A very pleasant, amenable young man who went the extra mile and obviously loves his work, nothing was too much and we were looked after by him.
This was my first time travelling with Lucketts. We had a wonderful time, great fun not knowing where we would end up and were very pleased to be in Wales for the weekend. Nick & Heather looked after us very well, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you very much for a great holiday.
